I have a 90 full size blazer and the speedo doesnt work.

How do I replace the cable on it.

You will have to reach up behind the dash and release the cable from the speedometer. There should be a plastic clip to push to the side to release it. At the other end, it unscrews from the transmission, then it's just feed it back throught the same path as the old one. Hook it up to the dash first and the the transmission end.

Reply to Hammer Time's Post: I have already done that the problem is that I am having trouble finding where the cable goes on the transmission, or is it on the transfer case.

Yes, I didn't realize you had 4 wheel drive. It will be in the transfer case, right before the driveshaft.
