my 1990 honda civic has oil on spark plugs, burns alot of oil,and white smoke from muffler

White smoke is an indication of it burning antifreeze,blue smoke is burning oil. Sounds like you may have a head gasket starting to fail.

is that why i burn alot of oil and the smoke looks white and how much would a head gasket be
