Long story short, change(coin) fell into the front of my 1991 Honda Accord LX's steering wheel. Horn sometimes gets stuck but mostly just coin rattle in the wheel. Any easy extraction ideas.

The pad should have screws attaching it from under the steering wheel. remove it and get the coins out. If it's equipped with an air bag, let a shop do it.
