I have a 2003 Mustang V6, I want to put a new engine in it a V8. I was looking at either a 5.0 or a 302 stroker. Which one will fit the best and is the better engine?

I would just abandon that idea if I were you. The chassis is just not set up to take that engine. The cars wiring is all wrong, the computer is wrong, the front springs aren't strong enough, the cooling system isn't sufficient and I suspect the transmission is also a problem. Not to even mention, it breaks federal emission laws and wouldn't pass any state inspections in most states.
