Regarding my 850 sedan heater blower motor: first, there is no power at the climate control cluster. So, should I begin my troubleshooting there before I go testing the blower motor itself? The way I see it, the power goes to the blower speed control on the cluster first...Am I correct to assume this? THANKS!
