Steering wheel vibration

I am getting a great deal of vibration through the steering wheel and gas pedal in my 05 Honda Civic since repairing my passenger rear tire which had a flat last week. The faster I go, the worse it is. What could this be?

They probably took the tire off the wheel and didn't rebalance it. Take it back to them and tell them they should have balanced it.
