spark knock

i have a 1994 f 150 with 4.9liter which has a horrible spark knock i have changed the plugs wires cap and rotor button new air filter fuel filter , cleaned the egr valve and tubes checked the vacumm on the egr and the timing has been checked it still spark knocks pretty bad when you take a sligth incline What could this possibly be ?
