air conditioner leaks coolant r134a

my toyota 1994 camry air conditioner has a very small leak   when i tried to recharge with 134a it took about half a can and i see mostly bubbles in the sight glass then the pressure is about 45   do i need to let some air out thru the high pressure fitting??
