please unlock my problem on my brand new to me 95 blazer ...

4.3 stalled will not turn thought starter was faulty but i have put a new one on five different times now i cant even turn flywheel with wrench its only got 100,000 mile drivin by an old woman always serviced ,       how can i break it over        plz tips
