I have a 99 Dodge Ram Pick Up and sometimes my seatbelts will not work.The seat belt symbol stays on and they are just locked.The seatbelts dont do this all the time .When the belts do work the seat belt light isn't on.I have already changed the fuse but it's still doing the same thing.Can you tell me what I should do.
