1989 chevy celeberity 2.8lt 6 cyclender dies going down the road like someone is turning off the key, sometimes it will start right back up go a few feet then do it again other times it take a long time to start. Has a hesitation on take off, has new fuel pump, 21 pounds presure, had the coil block changed
