a/c problems,I installed new pump new expantion valve dryer pressure and fan switch pulled a vacum and put 3 cans of freon in the low side looks good about 60 -70 lbs. the high side only make 60 lbs. whats wrong with this?

If your sure the compresssor is running and you only have 60PSI on the high side and the low side is up near there also and your sure the gauge is correct, the compressor is bad.
