I do not have spark at the plugs. I have replaced the distributor & all of the relays & it went about 9 miles then quit again.

First thing you need to do is check the power supply of the coil, see if the unit is receiving 12v or more. If there is no problem on the coil, check the igniter see if the unit is not at fault. If both or one of them is not getting any power supply, then you may need to re-secure the relays that you installed, could be just a bad contact.
