what had happened was that the had gone low and then the noise started, dose this car have hydrolic cm lifters

you mention an oil screen, where about is that, and how is it cleaned

If there is no problem with the oil pump the pressure should come back up when the level is filled to full.It will take a little time to bleed the air from the lifters.Let it run & raise the idle up to 1500-2000 rpm every now & then or go & drive it easy.If damage has occurred from no oil,just filling it up won't help that.

The pic-up oil screen is in the oil pan .The oil pan must come off to get to this part.
