a/c compressor and blower switch stopped working after I added freon. what could have happened ?

Already Tried:
fuses and relays,also thought of trying blower resistor

Sounds like you overfilled the system with freon.

Adding too much freon works the same way as not having enough freon in the system. The pressure will rise, due to being overfilled, and the the high pressure switch will turn the compressor off.

Unfortunately without purchasing an A/C manifold gauge set it is nearly impossible to tell how much freon you are putting in the system.
