2001 honda prelude type sh won''t start, has new spark plugs, new plug wires, cap, rotor, coil, fuel pressure regulator, spark plugs are wet after starting attempts but after a shot of ether, will start and run fine, acts like it''s flooding itself during start attempts, can smell the fuel
