I have 1995 pontiac firebird and it will start and run

I have 1995 pontiac firebird and it will start and run for approx.. 5-10 seconds and shut off. I have taken the ignition module off and had it tested it tested fine. I have also checked almost every sensor on the car and they all test good..... And also it is not bringing up any engine lights (in the dash).. I have put on a new fuel filter and also checked fuel pressure. I have also checked all cylinders for spark( good). It has a 3.4 v6. PLEASE HELP ME:)

1995 Pontiac Firebird 3.4 v6

Already Tried:
Testing sensors, Fuel pressure, replacing fuel filter, testing ignition module, removing catalytic converter, tested spark on every cylinder(which was good).

Have you tested for power at the fuel pump when you start it then watch to make sure it still has it when it dies out?

the reason I have already dropped the cat converter is that I have experienced the converter clogging up before (on a Different vehicle) and after checking all that I have now it seemed that it would be that...but however that is not the case

If I start the car it will run for apprx..5-10 seconds and then die, if I try to restart right after it will just crank and crank......if I wait about 20 minutes it will fire back up and die

Well, it has to be either spark or fuel that is droping out. Try spraying starting fluid into the intake when it stalls and see if it starts back up for a second or two.

That tells me that it is not getting fuel, i'll have to check but the pressure regulator may be stuck, but it definatly sounds like it is fuel starved.

I am getting 45 psi at the manifold and that is just with the ignition in the on position and for the regulator to cut out when it does start and reaches full rpm's doesnt seem very likely

Well, i dont know what to tell you then, something is being missed during testing and without being there it is too difficult to tell you whats wrong, i can only give you suggestions on what to test.

The vehicle only needs fuel, air, spark and compression to run.

Something is being overlooked.

I will leave this questions for others to look at, in case there is something i have missed.
