I have a Pontiac 2001 Sunfire. I suspect that the Belts

I have a Pontiac 2001 Sunfire. I suspect that the Belts that go to the Alternator and A.C. Is Loose. How do you tighten up the belts. My Alternator seems to be making a noise at certain RPM with a slight load, like going up a hill etc. Thanks

Already Tried:
belt conditioner. Different gas. could be a bad bearing also.
