Question

Temperture gage running hot near 260

Sent to Car Experts July 30, 2006 9:12 p.m.

I have a l999 Pontiac Grand Prix, and in very hot tempetures my gage run really high(255-260) on most days. My radiator is full and reserve tank as well! I never have to add water/fluids. Some days when it's near 100 degrees, it doesn't do it! Please tell me my options.

Optional Information:
1999 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.8

Already Tried:
Nothing, it only does it 2-3 times a month.
