When I start my 1996 Pontiac Grand Ma, all the lights in my speedo head cluster stay on. They usually go out, but I noticed yesterday and today that they stayed on. I checked the battery, and thae battery is fine. What could be causing this problem?

Changing the battery, replacing fuses.
