My 97 Grand Am failed inspection because my ...

My 97 Grand Am failed inspection because my driver's side turn signal was blinking faster than the passenger side. I replaced the front bulb. I checked the fuse. Both seem ok. Technician said I have a wiring (short) problem. Any suggestions?

YOU MAY WANT TO LOOK AT FRONT & REAR BULBS ON BOTH SIDES OF CAR TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE ALL OF THE SAME TYPE
