i have a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am SE 4 door and it won't start right up but requires me to pump the gas while starting it. could the problem be my starter and if so how easy is it to replace it and can you please provide me with instructions on how to go about replacing it. i also need to know how to c-flush/flush and replace steering rack.
