i have 1995 pontiac GT 3.1L that is driving me nuts. The other day, I came out and started it, and it was making a grinding sound like when you turn the key too far in the ignition (only I wasn't) and then it kept making this weird clicking sound and my airbag light was flashing. now it won't even start up. i replaced the starter, and still nothing. i tried to charge it thinking maybe the battery was just dead, and the strangest thing happened. the lights kept flashing, everything on the dash kept flashing and the locks kept locking and unlocking......all while the key wasn't even in the ignition, what could this be?
