1996 plymouth breeze. All 4 tires showing signs of cupping. Driver's sise rear is worst. has flat spots on it. tire looks like it has tumors. lower ball joints replaced all 4 18 months ago. tires 8 months old. alighnment 8 months ago. nothing obvious broken or loose. can you give possible causes? thank you.
