To change the tensioner you will need to get under the van.Support it safely on jack stands or ramps. There is a 15mm nut on the back side of the tensioner that you need to remove. It is difficult to get at so you may need to use a socket and extension or offset wrench. When putting it back on make sure the pin on the tensioner fits into the hole in the engine so it sits flush and will work properly when you are done.
