hello, i have a 1996 plymouth voyager,6 cyl.,3.0litr.

hello, i have a 1996 plymouth voyager,6 cyl.,3.0litr. yesterday i had water in my gas lines, i had to start the car about 100 times to get the water out.[i had isopropyl water remover in the gas].since then i have started the car about 15 times. the 16th [?] time when iturned the ignition on i only got a clicking sound, the engine would not turn over, and the battery still charged. is this a problem with the starter?
