my hood latch is broken how can i get under my hood...93 plymouth voyager....thanks

Hello and welcome to just answer, Super mechanic here. The first thing you want to do is try to push down on the hood while you have soomeone pull on the cable with the pliers, If that doesn't work then you will have to reach under there with a long screwdriver and try to unlatch it that way.

If all of that fails, then you will have to reach up in there where the latch is and take the bolts out with a small wrench, I would try wiggling the hood back and forth while someone pulls the cable first.
