I have a 1999 Dodge Dakota. Just two weeks ago I changed the water pump and power stirring pump because they were leaking. Then last week when I started the pickup the brake light and ABS light came on and stayed on when I start it. It acted fine so I drove it 20 miles to work. After school when I started it up the lights did not come on. I was about 3 miles from home and they came back on. Took to shop and they said my Abs sensor needed to be replaced and that my ignition coil or the wire to it was not working right and needed to be replace. Saturday came to a stop sign clutch and brake engaged and the RPMs dropped and pickup died. It started right back up. I have change the MSD ignition coil and the wire from the coil to the distributor and it stalled on me coming back home. I have also noticed the RPMs seem to be running low between 500-600 RPMs at idle. At the same time as brake light problem I also noticed that my speedometer does not work until I am going 20+ mph. Any ideas? Anyone please help!!!
