I have a 1982 Chevy pickup with a 305 with 4bbl. Im having a rough idle and also an oil leak around the oil filter somewhere. I just put a new oil filter on today. There is also a popping sound on the driver side front wheel when ever I make a turn or hit a bump. What could this all be.
