There have been many complaints like this lately. I'm beginning to think that a lot of gas stations have either water or some type of chemical addtitive doing harm to these engines.
I suggest you get a quality fuel additive, injector cleaner, follow the instruction of the bottle. Once you have circulated the cleaner through the system it should start quicker and the performance should pick up. Check your air filter and make sure your coolant level is right. If the coolant sensor doesn't pickup the right signal that will affect the starting and running.
