I have a 1991 toyota pickup with the 22R four wheel drive. I'm rebuilding the motor and I'm almost done but my question is that I may have a part missing. I need to know is there a part that goes under the valve cover to the head at the front of the engine where the bolt that holds the top timing chain cover. I need too know is that half circle is supposed to be open or closed. If closed I need to know what it is called and hopefully a picture of this part. Thanks.
