I've used a towbar before, it was the type that hooks to a metal bumper. But I'm afraid there are so many different types and styles of tow bars I can't actually tell you how yours hooks up, or even IF yours will hook up to your car. I do know, that you can purchase adapters with one end that plugs into your towed car's electrical, and the other end hooks into your tow vehicle's trailer lights to operate your towed vehicle's blinkers and brakes. I found a couple at my local Napa while purchasing connectors for my trailer. ....back to the tow bar.. Is there a brand on it, or any sort of part number, etc? If you can get something off of it or even take a picture of it or describe it in detail I may be able to help you further with hooking it up to your Peugeot.
