my car is a 1995 oldsmobile cutlass cierra. it has about 120,000 miles and a 6 cylinder engine. I have tried turning on the car and nothing happened. I have tried checking the time on the radio as well as operating the power seat that is in my car and nothing has worked when I was trying to check out the battery I got a spark.I did notice a weakening in horsepower could this be connected.

the only light that works is the rooflight, and the power going to that is very weak.
