I replaced the battery on my 2002 Oldsmobile Alero.

I replaced the battery on my 2002 Oldsmobile Alero. Now my defroster/heater selection knob doesn't work. The air is forced out of the front vents no matter what I select with that button. Does something need to be reset after changing the battery? How do I reset this?
