I have a 1996 Oldsmobile Cutlas Supreme 3.1 Litre that is ...

I have a 1996 Oldsmobile Cutlas Supreme 3.1 Litre that is overheating at high speed 70+ MPH with or without the AC on. Both cooling fans are running and it does's not over heat at slower speeds or around town. Any ideas what might be causing this.
