I have an Oldsmobile Silhouette and the factory tv works ...

I have an Oldsmobile Silhouette and the factory tv works crystal clear while vehicle is turned off but when it is running the screen is kind of blury but still plays. Any ideas on what would be causing that problem. Thank you Adam

Reply to Lurch's Post: It is when ever you have the TV or vcp on. So it happens all the time when vehicle is running. There are lines across the screen and it just keeps doing it like bad tracking on old vcr players.
