I have a 93 oldsmobile cutlass supreme s. the instrument panel goes on and off when it wants (mostly off) and when it is on it does not always display correctly. We had to replace the brakes and calliper all the way around and after doing so the car will not start now (the fuel pump is working) and the front passenger and both rear doors will not unlock or open. Any idea on what the problems could be and how to fix them? The chilton's manuel does not give enough information to the start problem and did not have anything on the rest.
