Hi there, usually if you already removed the mounting bolts and wires from the starter, the only thing holding on to it would be the flywheel. Try turning it by hand with a wrench placed on the bolt head on the front of the fan belt pulley located on the front of the engine. Just try turning it a little to move the flywheel and then see if you can pry the starter loose. Another way would be to reconnect the wires to the starter and then bump the starter just a little to move the flywheel and loosen the starter. Starters have a toothed part that engages the flywheel when you turn the ignition. This part is probably jammed on the flywheel.
