inaccurate speedometer reading

I recently switched out a 1991 oldsmobile 305 ci engine with a 700r4 transmission in my 1991 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser wagon. I installed a 305 ci engine/700r4 transmission from a 1991 Chevrolet Caprice sedan. My cruise control no longer works and the speedometer reads approximately 15mph higher. Do you have any solutions, please?
