95 Mitsubishi Galant stalling

I have a 1995 mitsubishi galant and for the past month after I drive it for a long distance when I go to stop it will hesitate, or stall out. And when I go again it would hesistate a little and then get going and the rpm's would jump a little. Now I don't have to drive to far and it hesitates and stalls out when I go to stop. I have had a complete tune-up, and replaced the fuel pump. Still happening, help. Up until this point I really have had no complaints. R
