My mitsubishi is becoming to costly

i have a 1995 mitsubishi galant {s} and i have had it to 2-3 car repair shops but no one can find the problem so please help me if you can .When i drive my car it will sometimes turn off and i can't start it for maybe 15- 20 min. and this last time it happened it never started back up it had to be towed the rpm's go down to 0 and it just turns off no warning at all no dash lights come on or anything to let me know about any problems. please help it's becoming VERY costly.
