reason why my 1990 eclipse gs turbo is turning over but not starting?Optional Information: 1990 Mitsubishi eclipse 2.0 dohcAlready Tried: cleaning spark plugs and checking fluids yeah and it still dont start it just turns over and it does have spark so whats wrong?

it dont start it has spark but just no start i dont know why its not starting so please help me by answering the question? the car turns over and pops once or twice but it just wont start anyway please answer the question okay thank you
