I have a 1997 mitsubishi eclipse and recently it feels like it misses when it is just sitting in park. it also misses when I am on a stop light and green light turns on then I go it hesitates it feels almost as though it is going to turn off. It also does that when we are going at speeds over 45 miles per hour. Now it is backfiring on us and we recently went to mitsubishi car dealership and got a new cam shaft sensor but it didn't do a thing it still does it. it is a 97 eclipse 2.0 L non turbo. What do you think this problem can be?
