I have a 1996 Mitsubishi Galant S. The A/C-Heater Blower ...

I have a 1996 Mitsubishi Galant S. The A/C-Heater Blower only runs on high. The dash control untit has been replaced and the blower is good. Is there a control module that causes it the blower not too work on lower speeds?

Replaced dash control unit; replaced blower, replaced fuses.

I have replaced the control assembly, checked all the connections, and replaced the blower. The blower still only works when the switch is placed on high.

I would say you have a bad blower motor.It can be bad and still only operate at 1 speed.

I have already replaced the blower unit (twice) and the wiring harness with new units and it still only operates at one speed.
