price for speed sensor for 98 ford windstar limited mini van

The speedometer goes up and down. Sometimes stays on 10 MPH when I am driving. Sometimes the van will not get out of 10 MPH for a few seconds. Sometimes the van will drop speed when I am in motion. I would like to know an average amount for this part not including labor.
