i have a 1996 mercury mystique, i had went somewhere and put it in park , when i tried to go again, the car wouldnt go out of park, it is stuck and it wont move out of the parking gear. would appreciate some input on how i can solve this problem.

Already Tried:
checking transmission fluid, but cant find the place to put any fluid in it if it is low
