have 1986 115 mercury .it runs but not well slow speed stuters a bit .will run fast but not for long all of a sunden dies out ,conks out then have to restart takes a bit but wont go fast only slow and feels like its missing run at slow speed then over time can go fast agian but still stuters.motor is like new hardly used had it a long time but not abused.it will conk out again aswell if run fast.had both power packs replaced due to a teast found one cylinder not firing but that was fixed.was wondering if over heating or would a low battry cause this or oil problem .due you now what battery power should be according to my gauge its almost 13 volts.
