I have a '93 Mercury Vogager. when driving, it seems like something is rubbing against the left front tire. It knocks the steering wheel cockeyed, and gives the impression that it needs an alignment, but after adjusting the wheel during driving, it stays straight...what could be causing the "rubbing"?
