I want to purchase a 1997 mercury tracer and the owner says that 1) the check engine light is back on 2)it as straining to accelerate and on hills.
How much does it cost to diagnose and possibly fix problems?
Do you think It'll be reliable enough to commute from Virginia to New York on weekends to attend my school?
