'97 Mercury Grand Marquis...Driver rear door window is not working and window is in the down position...How do I check to see if the regulator is good or if it is a switch... and in the meantime...how do I get the window up? Neither the main switch or the switch on the door in question will raise the window

taking the panel off and cleaning the contacts front and rear and trying to manually raise the window with no luck
